- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to learn about favorite foods as well as any allergies. The safety of my customers come first and knowing first hand of any allergies is very important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates in culinary arts and a certified baker
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in different facilities where I would help with catering but I wasn't in direct contact with the customers. This makes it more personable.
