I have only, great things, to say about New Leaf.
Liz @ New Leaf is true to her word. My knowledge has grown concerning nutrition, like reading labels and not being mislead, what to look for, what to avoid, yummy recipes that are healthful and the best mix of protein, carbs and healthy fats for my life style.
Her exercise program for me included strength training, cardio, and stretch. I wasn't in pain/sore after exercise yet, I have noticed an improvement in my strength and flexibility.
She is very encouraging and I love her kind and funny spirit. She is like a breath of fresh air! She is very knowledgeable and well rounded in the health field. I am grateful for all I have learned from New Leaf!!
