Julia was our Chef for a Yoga Retreat in Austin, Texas. She did an amazing job of preparing and presenting, Vegan and Gluten Free options for us. It was a three day two night Retreat with 20 people. Food was always on time, and the thoughtfulness and energy that went into the meals were felt by everyone. She did an amazing job coming into a kitchen and space that she had never seen before. We provided a Sous Chef for her, she provided Christine with detailed instructions making the process flawless. So glad Julia was with us!! And we miss her in Austin!
I've been practicing yoga with Liana for over a year, and she is by far the best yoga teacher I've found in ABQ! She has a very balanced practice, is welcoming, and truly cares about her students. You are guaranteed to get a high quality yoga class with Liana, and she goes above and beyond to learn more about each individual student. She is very creative, and uses relaxing music in her classes along with inspiring readings at the end of class. I always leave feeling rejuvenated!

I provide services in private ayurvedic yoga therapy sessions. My sessions will include an individualized protocol, including yoga asana (posture), pranayama (breath work), meditation and ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations to support your needs and goals and balance your constitution. The first session begins with an hour-long intake to determine your needs. The number of sessions needed vary based on individual goals and needs. A two-hour initial consultation plus an ayuryoga session is at $108. A one-hour ayuryoga session is at $65.

Initially I studied at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, then went on to train with a Baron Baptiste style instructor and with Shiva Rea as well. I created my own hybrid style of yoga called Amazon yoga which I teach at two levels: One is a gentle style of yoga using mainly Kripalu principles with some restorative yoga included, and that is called Candlelight Yoga. The other is for experienced yoginis and yogis called Amazon Yoga Flow, which combines poses similar to those used by Baron Baptiste, with the less rigid and more freeflowing pace of a Shiva Rea class. I currently do private sessions at the Kirtland Park Sundial and in the homes or outdoor decks of private clients, by appointment only.
