I have been cleaning all my life. I was washing dishes at five years old, back during the day that cleaning was important, and I still think it is important today.
I have all my own cleaning supplies, and I am very quiet, so I do not disturb anyone. I will clean whatever you need.

After speaking with Ann on the phone, I was very excited to meet her. However, upon meeting her, I have never in my life met a more judgmental, rude, unprofessional person in my life. I was looking for help and instead felt insulted, belittled and shamed by this person, in my own home. Very disappointed and upset by lack of professionalism and basic courtesy skills.

I am so sorry she feels that way. I was excited also to be helping her but then I went to her house and I was a little overwhelmed. Sometimes there is nothing you can do. I did not mean to hurt her and I am very sorry for that.
