David did some interior painting and roof patching for me. The painting work was pretty good, but there were spots where it could've been better -- paint on hinges, window frames, etc. When he first visited he said he could patch some stucco cracks for me, but once he finished the painting and roof patching he said he couldn't do the stucco patching without it looking bad. He also said he could do some yard cleanup for me, but then told me he didn't have the time. He had given me a firm bid for all this work, but then he said he used a lot more paint than he anticipated. Lesson learned -- hire a pro for painting. Looks like I'll be spending a day cleaning up the yard and patching the stucco myself.

First David Ortiz contacted me immediately and he was able to come out even sooner than what I had requested originally, this was awesome as I have been trying to get these repairs and an installation done for several months. David was friendly, courteous, on time and extremely professional, and went above and beyond and was able to do another small job for me. The quality of work was also exceptional and very very reasonably priced. I will be using David on a regular basis for all types of projects including a large job of tile installation in the future.

I went with a much smaller unit and received no price break from Mr.Ortiz. He was done in less than 2 hours and still charged same price. He did take a small discount off after my brother in law talked to him.
