- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a contingent fee, which means our fee is a percentage of whatever the total recovery (settlement or verdict) is. We never get paid until we resolve your case for you. You pay nothing up front for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically conduct an initial interview over the phone, and then set up an in-person meeting to go over the incident in more detail. The client will always meet with the attorney handling their case. Our clients have access to us after hours and on weekends for emergencies.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've represented hundreds of New Mexicans injured because of the negligence of others, in car crashes, motorcycle accidents, slips and falls, bicycle collisions, dog bites and animal attacks, and other kinds of injury claims. We've handled the gamut of injury cases, from rear-end car crashes with whiplash injuries to trucking accidents involving fatalities.
