Introduction: As a Fitness Coach I’ll transform your body in three months with a fun lifestyle of fitness. I offer a variety of activities such as working out with weights, medicine balls, doing yoga, body weight exercises, hiking, jogging, mini-trampoline and many other ways to get in shape. This program is designed to work at your abilities. The past three years since the Corona Virus is I’ve been training my clients on Live online with Google Meet. Sign up for 10 lessons at a time attending two or more times a week, it will be $35 per hour. Times available are Monday - Friday at 7 am to 12 noon. Words dont do justice sometimes to describe a person. If you are serious about your training and reaching goals and looking for someone to help your way. Don't look anywhere else. Albuquerque is blessed to have Coach Lucille. I am so glad, I met her. I had so much fun with pain( good pain though) in my training and run with coach. I would recommend 200% anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Lucille goes out of her way to meet my needs. My husband and I travel a lot and Lucille always manages to fit us in to her busy schedule if we needed to change days. She is encouraging and positive and always punctual . We have been training using zoom and she helped us figure it out! I highly recommend Lucille Bracher for any age group and any desired result.

Lucille was my Jazzercise instructor for many years. She has boundless energy, enthusiasm, and is able to inspire people to reach higher levels of fitness. She is an excellent personal fitness trainer!

My name is Samantha and I will attend Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA as a dance major. This was my first experience with a personal trainer and it was an outstanding program. My goal was to have an intense total body workout with a focus on core strength, agility and overall athleticism. I feel that I have met all of my goals and more. Through my training process I lost about 12lbs and lowered my heart rate from 72bpm to 66bpm over just two months! Lucille conveys a very positive attitude with lots of encouragement. I would highly recommend her personal training program.

Ms. Lucille Brasher is my personal trainer since early January, 2016. We meet about three days per week, and my session with her is about one hour long....with a few extra minutes added past the hour for stretching. In this short span of only three months, I can emphatically state I have achieved improved fitness, strength, and flexibility. My first gauge or reference point, besides feeling much better, is my performance on the golf course. Club head speed has improved, and my driving distance off the tees has improved by an avg of 30 to 35 yards. Not bad for a guy like me in my mid-60s age group. Also, my iron shots are improved enough so that I now hit the ball with one less iron number for the distance I need. (E.g., I use a six now, instead of a five to hit 155 to 160 yards). Her quality and professionalism as a trainer and coach is exceptional. She guides me and coaches me to ensure I employ proper technique and pace while I do the routine or exercise. There are no short cuts allowed....and most important, she has slowly but surely ramped up my performance as I improve in my fitness. In other words, she started me slow and easy in the first week, then had me on a program to improve with weights and strength with each passing week. I appreciate the fact she is very careful to ensure I do not hurt or overly strain myself as I perform a routine or exercise. She is encouraging and compliments me as I do a little better than what I did in the previous session. I am confident I can achieve further self improvement as I work with her over the next few months. This experience to achieve improved personal fitness has been the best thing I have done for myself in the last ten years. (BTW, I thank my son Michael who gave me this Christmas gift of a block of sessions which got me started in January.)
