- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My education in fitness and nutrition never ends. I am currently taking classes and workshops with NASM for corrective exercise. I do my own research all the time and test out new exercises or programs myself before assigning it to a client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have a passion for helping others. Being a personal trainer has given me the opportunity to help a client change their body and mindset. Wether the training program relieves stress, builds confidence, and of course being a healthy and fit individual.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Most of the programs I design and take my client through step by step consist of fat loss, toning, and adding lean muscle mass.
