    Working with Justin has been a great experience. He's well versed in all things exercised and has helped to build my confidence in and out of the gym! He is very professional but also easily relatable. He always does his best to accommodate my schedule and always answer all my questions! Great guy, would definitely recommend!

    I had some physical issues and limitations to work through, and thought I couldn't really train. Justin helped me work on functional exercises because I have arthritis in my knees. So we worked on correct form to work through pain and to keep me mobile until my upcoming surgery. Justin helped me build core, shoulder, and leg strength. He also helped me build my overall strength and function due to not exercising correctly. I am overall very satisfied with Justin's knowledge, professionalism, and sense of humor.

I have a wide variety of training methods that's suitable to the clients goals. My training programs will never be boring. Every program I design for my clients are specified to the client and their goals. I take great concern and care in writing out a program as if it were my own. I've see many trainers with great programs but never focusing on their clients form or never correcting them. Form is one of the most important aspects of training. I will always correct my client if form is compromised or incorrect. With correct form clients progress, without, most likely injury will occur. I get to see my clients transform, not just their body but also their mindset. It gives me joy too see my clients progress and to change their lives into something more. It's amazing to see a client come in deconditioned or with limitations, and to see them progress and break their plateaus. I've worked with a few clients with limited functional range of motion, meaning they couldn't squat full range or their hips were too tight due to previous injuries. With my help and their dedication they both became functional and increased their range of motion. That's what is amazing and keeps me training.

    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      My education in fitness and nutrition never ends. I am currently taking classes and workshops with NASM for corrective exercise. I do my own research all the time and test out new exercises or programs myself before assigning it to a client.
    • How did you get started doing this type of work?
      I have a passion for helping others. Being a personal trainer has given me the opportunity to help a client change their body and mindset. Wether the training program relieves stress, builds confidence, and of course being a healthy and fit individual.
    • What types of customers have you worked with?
      Most of the programs I design and take my client through step by step consist of fat loss, toning, and adding lean muscle mass.
