Introduction: One-on-one personal training is the fastest way to reach your individual fitness goals. The problem with the majority of fitness or weight loss routines is they're not personalized for you. We provide guidance and inspiration with customized programs that take your abilities and limitations into consideration while working with your parameters. Whether you want to lose weight, build lean muscle, increase your energy, improve your self-confidence, train for an athletic achievement, or get in the best shape of your life, we will take out the guesswork! Sessions range anywhere between $30-$60 per session depending on how long you want to train for as well as how many sessions per week you want to do. My recommendation would be to come in and talk to me so I can show you what we have to offer (I have other female and male trainers to choose from as well). I am the owner of Anytime Fitness Juan Tabo, and I am one of the main trainers here! We do house visits, those are a flat rate of $60 per session. For the past few months I’ve been doing some personal training at this gym. You can expect the place to always be clean, the machines to be well maintained and a good variety in equipment. For personal training they will pair you with a trainer best suited to your goals. With Jonathan M. you can expect professionalism, a different challenging session every time and nutrition/muscle development knowledge. The guy knows his stuff! Overall, my experience with this place has been very positive and I highly recommend it

Miño was an excellent personal trainer. He was fun to work with, never made me feel uncomfortable, completely personalized our sessions based on what I needed. He was great and most importantly he gave me amazing results. I highly recommend Miño.

Excellent trainer and well maintained gym! Mino focuses on overall health (fitness and nutrition) and puts you through an amazing workout. He teaches good form to maximize results and is flexible. Every personal training session has great value and I made a great choice to train with him at his gym. Very happy client!

I had the pleasure in working with Mino Novak. He was well acknowledge in One-on-one personal training. He made sure that my weight loss routines were personalized for me. He provide guidance and inspiration with a customized program for me as well. I was very confident with working with him. His prices were very affordable. The gym was cleaned and kept up very well. It sadden that I had to transfer to Texas for another job because I really like the environment and the people.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I am a health and fitness fanatic. I wasn't always though. I used to be obese. I didn't exercise; I ate and drank whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted with no consideration for portion control, calories or my overall health. I realized that the life I was living wasn't the one I wanted. I wanted to be healthy, happy and in shape. I tried every fad diet in order to lose weight, but I still didn't have my ideal body. In the end I was able to lose the weight by eating appropriate portions with a well balanced diet. I also started working out at the gym. I discovered an outlet for my energy, and found exercise to be therapeutic and calming. Soon, I became obsessed with working out, building muscle, and challenging myself. With all the time I spent in the gym, and all of the people I met, I realized that not everybody had my same level of commitment. I knew I could help people; people who are like I used to be, people who think that working out isn't fun, people who don't have time, people who love food and really enjoy a delicious meal. I realized that everybody, regardless of age, gender or body type can benefit from living a healthy lifestyle and having a dynamic and fun workout routine. I want to inspire people, and help them succeed. So I decided to share my passion and become a certified personal trainer.
