Introduction: If you want someone with a "good eye" for how furniture should be placed and where art needs to be hung, that's me! Once you've contacted me I set up a time to see your property. I'll walk through it with you and give you advice on what needs to happen before staging can commence, e.g. removing clutter, storing furniture, looking through your art and accessories collection. This process helps me identify how long it will take for the staging: generally a half day or a full day. During the walk-through I will access what items might need to be purchased, such as towels, kitchen items, window coverings or art. After my visit I put together a quote which includes how much time I will need to do the work. I also establish a budget, if needed, for items that need to be bought. I'll send the quote to you to review and approve. There is no cost for the initial visit and the estimate. I have staged from small to large....from empty space to fully furnished. I have worked for Realtors who want their sellers' homes to look great before they're put on the market. I have also worked with individuals who simply wanted a reinvented space.
