Cate can deliver a great deep tissue massage while also making you very relaxed. She provides a clean and relaxing environment. I have been going to her for about 8 years and have followed her wherever she has moved.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates for Massage Therapy and Bodywork are $65/hr includes all taxes. Fees for longer session times $80 for 1.25/hr; $95 for 1.5 hours/90 min; $145 for 2 hours. 45-minute tune-up sessions are available for $50.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please arrive 5 min early to your first appointment in order to complete a brief intake form, and to discuss your treatment goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I enjoy exploring different schools of though and models of health and well-being. Having completed hundreds of hours of continuing education over the years, I have an over-view and basic working knowledge in several energy and bodywork modalities. Helping my clients feel more alive in their bodies in order to live happier, healthier lives is what drives my life-long commitment to continuing education.
