Introduction: Communication Skills: I have published the book "Becoming a Compelling Communicator for Conservation". Lessons in it are based on 30+ years of communicating. Experience includes over a dozen professional journal articles, several popular articles, presentations to Congressman Steve Pearce, Gov. Bill Richardson's staff, the New Mexico State Game Commission (20 times), and a variety of groups interested in nature. Few know New Mexico's natural resources and those who are interested in them as well as I do. Environmental Consulting: I have conducted research and conservation efforts for a variety of species from the threatened Lesser Prairie-Chicken to cougars to bighorn sheep. I know how to gather and analyze data so as to provide practical solutions that make practical and economic sense for clients. I love the outdoors and any activity that conserves nature.
