I involve the customer through each step before and after and even during construction photos. I am letting the customer feel like he or she is a part of the process all the way through. My service isn't about simply providing a beautiful floor or remodeled home; it's about letting the customer be a part of the process every single step of the way. I feel that if I make the customers my first concern, the job will take care of itself, and the customer will leave feeling like they did it themselves without breaking a sweat.
