My son and I have had Shirley for several years now and we can't remember having the same meal twice. Shirley's skill goes way just beyond creating scrumptious meals - her repertoire is mind blowing. She draws from an endless source of recipes from all over the world and every one of them is a unique experience. She is bar-none the best chef I've ever known. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My system is actually very simple. My charges are per meal or per hour, plus the shopping/planning time. The ingredients are always paid by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Besides several classes that I took for raw vegan chef and other classes at the Israeli Institute of Culinary Arts, I have a degree in Nutrition Science from Kaplan University.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always been passionate about food. My cooking lessons started around the age of 10 with my aunt and I fell in love with the flavors, textures,aromas of the kitchen ever since. Food for me is not only nutrition for the body but enlightenment for the mind, an exquisite affair of pleasure.
