We utilize the most advanced technology to clean and restore your floors back to their natural beauty! Our process removes dirt, grime, grease, and bacteria from you hard surfaces and grout lines. We can do concrete, brick, tile & grout, natural stone, countertops, tubs, and showers. We can also power wash and strip paint from concrete.
Grout Sealing:
After initially cleaning your tile and grout, we can treat your grout line with a professional quality water based sealer, helping to protect your grout between cleanings, improving its appearance, and vastly extending its usable life by making it way stronger!
Grout Color Sealing:
Our unique color sealing process creates a long-lasting, durable layer of protection that prevents dirt and spills from being absorbed by grout. The grout color is locked in while dirt and stains are sealed out. This revolutionary process protects new grout and restores old grout color to new again; leaving the grout completely uniform. Even grout with permanent stains can be brought back to a brand new look and our grout color seal comes in hundreds of shades.
ETS 180 Coating:
This is a floor coating that creates a single membrane over the entire surface area, eliminating seams where contamination collects. Coated floors are easy to clean, and keep clean, using only hot water. Coated floors look great and retain their appearance for 3-5 years or more. This coating works on tile & grout, VCT tile, linoleum, terrazzo, and sheet vinyl.

Steve Ruiz was contracted to clean all the tile in our house including floors, showers, tub/shower surround and counters in the all the bathrooms. After completing this task, he re-grouted in several areas of the floor where the grout was in need of repair and he also re-caulked in the bathrooms where there was a need. I cannot recommend him highly enough!! He is a true professional in every sense of the word. He took his time and made sure that the work was done to perfection and his fees were very fair. I can recommend him without any reservations if you need any tile cleaned or repaired in any way and he and his staff are very honest and delightful to work with, which is an added bonus. We will definitely keep his card and call on him again in the future as our needs arise.

Steve, did a great cleaning the tile, floors, and fixtures for a house that I was selling. I thought I had to replace the toilets that had hard calcium deposits. He cleaned them and they looked like new. This saved me at least $400.

Steve and his crew did an amazing job cleaning and sealing the floors in our church bathrooms. They literally look brand new! He was on time, easy to work with, and did excellent work. I highly recommend Hidden Treasure Hard Surface Restoration. These guys are the real deal!
