Introduction: I am an experienced craftsman at building homes of all types. I was a licensed contractor and not any more do to turning in my license. I know the construction very well, and I do my own drawings or specs for the different projects I do. I do tutoring, math of all levels and speak English and Spanish very well. No job to small or big. I am a licensed substitute teacher as well.
