I am sorry for your experience, we try very hard to keep communications flow with our clients. From our communication prior to be hired we informed you that our current lead time was 10 weeks from the time of deposit and we would notify you once we were ready to start your work. Currently the elapse time has been less then 3 weeks from the deposit . We have not breached our our agreement in any way that would warranty such a poor review. Typically deposits are non refundable, however, I will make an exception due to the unexpected expense that we spoke of on the phone and I hope that it will help you recover your unexpected expenditures.
JEFFERY IS A FINE CRAFTSMAN!!!!!! I GAVE HIM AND OLD, DAMAGED BOOKCASE AND HE REFINISHED IT JUST BEAUTIFULLY INTO A NEW BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF FURNITURE!!!!!! I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK AND I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN!!!!!Jan 16, 2016Verified
WE had our outdoor patio wooden-bamboo chairs refinished. These chairs are about 25 years old and had been outside in the sun on our patio all this time. Jeffrey completely reconditioned these chairs at a very fair price and they look like new.Excellent work. Delivered refinished on time and a fair price.Aug 3, 2013Verified
My dining room table was saved! There was a large crack running the length of the table; the repair made it disappear. Professional, competent service provided by someone who obviously loves to work with wood.Feb 25, 2013Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Most of our services do have a basic starting point. It also depends on the piece and scope of work that needs to be done. We have been able to refine out pricing over the years with experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It depends on the job that needs to be done, but regardless we want the customer to be confidant that we are able to do his project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?It is important to continue to learn and grow no matter what career you have. I am self-taught so I do a lot of reading, and attend trade shows when able. This not only teaches me new techniques but helps me stay on top of new trends.
