FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course! Although endermologie does not require any special licensing I still went to Massage therapy school to better understand the body. Endermologie is not just to improve body image. The technology was actually developed for burn victims to help with scaring. It is also done for therapeutic applications, edema and a host of other conditions. I am trained in all aspects and levels. I'm even certified to work on the equipment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of Slimming Body Wraps on Military personnel that have to make tape and weight. We also offer a military discount for military personnel, retired or active! Additionally, we do Endermologie on people that want to improve their body image, want to detox or people starting a workout regime since endermologie flushes the lactic acid from muscles and allows faster recovery from muscle soreness.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We are the only spa in the area that offers Endermologie and Lypomassage. The treatments are relaxing and effective however if you're not willing to commit to coming in twice a week then don't waste your money. As much as we want the revenue we want the treatments to be effective so a potential client must be willing to come in regularly and not sporadically. I would also suggest reviewing the technicion's training credentials. If they are not trained you could be wasting your time and money. Treatments will take at least 35 minutes minimum for an average sized person. It is not uncommon for some providers to do treatments in just 20 minutes! Don't fall for this, if that is what's happening then that business does not have your best interests at heart and are more interested in the revenue your provide and not improving your body image.
