- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75.00 per hour for life coaching is the normal charge. This can be negotiated a little depending on the persons ability to pay fees. I can also give a monthly package at an agreeable rate. If longer term is needed, then we can look at a discounted rate for several months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet for coffee (Starbucks works) and get to know the person or couple. We make plans for the next meeting and set an agenda. If we enter into a coaching agree, then I get the information from the person or couple on areas that we need to talk about at the next meeting. I do an individual assessment or couple assessment. I ask lots of questions in order to discover where are the first priorities that need work. We agree on an appointment date and time as well as the service charges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Ordination qualifies me to preform wedding ceremonies in all 50 states, I stay up-to-date with my professional certification with endorsements and training.
