Put in a request to have a leak repaired and got my entire roof replaced! John came by and immediately noticed hail damage and advised me through getting a home owners claim started. Thoughout the entire process, they have been responsive and professional. Truly happy with the results. Highly recommend.Apr 29, 2018Verified
They did an outstanding job on our roof. Cannot believe they completed in one day with minor work into another. John was our main contact and was very professional and fair. He was a pleasure to work with and I felt I could trust him 100 percent. I hope I don't have to replace my roof for many years to come but if I do, I know who to call.. Thank you Goodrich roofing.Jan 8, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No Two roofs are the same, thus, there is no standard pricing. My inspections and estimates cost $ZERO!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I listen to the customers roof problems and concerns. I strive to solve the issues, show the customer a video of the roof. I educate the customer on possible solution(s) and from there we formulate a detailed proposal. If the customer wants to hire us, I set up a schedule date and time, we also give a detailed and clear indication of what will happen once the crew get to site and what inconveniences there may be. I explain to the homeowner that when the projects are complete, that I do a final inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a GB98 - New Mexico Contractors License, qualifications included many practical and educational years of experience in construction. I have an Associates degree in Construction management, this qualification helps me to present what the customer shall expect. It helps to see potential issues and dilemmas with regards to the install or roof repair. The degree really lends to being able to see the project through from start to finish with clean, detailed written and verbal communication. I have 5 years experience in the roof industry alone, with another 15 years in Construction and Engineering.
