Professional, courteous, friendly and pleasant. It takes a special skill set to tune a piano properly, and Reed has that skill set. He has all the proper tools o do the job, but, he also has the "ear" for music. I watched him closely and am convinced that he could have tuned our piano by ear if he wanted to. I have a lot of experience with musical instruments in my life, so I am comfortable with these statements. As for rates, keynote has very fair rates for this day and age. Thank you Reed and Keynote.
