- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a sliding scale of $20-40 per treatment for all our patients-- no questions asked. There is a one-time $10 paperwork fee in addition to your first appointment. We want you to pay on the scale whatever is affordable for you to come often enough to get better and stay better! We do not directly bill insurance but can provide receipts for you to submit. We receive no grants or outside funding and rely on patients to pay for their services so that we can maintain a sustainable, community-supported business. We accept cash and checks at this time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Acupuncture is comprehensive, preventative and primary medicine. Regular treatment can address acute and chronic conditions and improve quality of life. It doesn't need to be expensive to be effective. We want acupuncture to be accessible to everyone!
