When we make contact, I prefer to have a conversation over the phone to find out exactly what the client wants, including specific questions relating to the situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Applied Science of Culinary Arts. This was a three year apprenticeship program through Colorado Mountain College. During the apprenticeship, I worked almost exclusively in fine dining restaurants where I learned how to properly use ingredients and learned classic, proper techniques to prepare food.

I started doing personal chef work a few years ago for extra income while working in fine dining kitchens and quickly discovered that I love the personal interaction with the people who are eating the food I prepare.
