Shelby is very encouraging and a joy to train with. I love that she let's me play my own music during my training. But most of all I like her personality. I would recommend others to see for themselves. 😀
I started training with Mr. Bob May in August at about 475 lbs. at the time of this review I way ~375!!! He has been an amazing trainer when I first started to see him I could barely walk around the block now he has me running wind sprints and stairs on a regular basis. Not only is he an amazing trainer in the gym he is also very good at helping and laying out nutritional advice and meals. Bob is also able to design workouts for any level of athletic ability when we started they were very mild and not very straining now they are more taxing and pointed at the areas in which I need help. Bob has also helped me to gain a lot of my mobility back through exercise and movement I have a much wider range of motion and ability then I have had since I was in wresteling in high school. So wether you are a beginner or just getting back in to it or a 6 day a week trainer Bob is the man to see for fitness.
She is well trained and educated in various techniques and aspects of sports, injury and training. She really helped me increase my strength without hurting myself and she helped me recover from some chronic injuries.

My training with Ian has been far better and more productive than I ever could have imagined. I came in with some physical ailments and pain that we had to work around and I was a bit unsure how training would go because of these things. However, Ian has been extremely thoughtful, patient, and helpful as far as planning workouts specifically designed for me and my unique situation. In the months I have been training with Ian, my strength, muscle definition, and stamina have grown exponentially. I am thrilled with the results and actually look forward to our sessions. Encouraging, creative, and professional are the words that immediately come to mind when describing Ekemba as a trainer. His encouragement takes on various forms, such as his always enthusiastic greetings, the genuine interest he shows in me as a person, and most importantly, the way in which he guides me through his well-designed workouts. Ekemba seems to intuitively know how to push me beyond what I thought I could do without going overboard or getting in my face. He shows creativity in the workouts by including both traditional types of exercises (bench press, lunges, curls, etc.) along with newer exercises (at least to me) that engaged various muscle groups. The exercises themselves were often varied and never seemed routine or boring. As a result of training with Ekemba, I have become interested in other types of exercise, such as spin classes and running. I can honestly say that I am in better physical shape now than I have been in 10 years, and I know that Ekemba continues to play an instrumental role in me getting back to living a much healthier lifestyle.
