This guy is great! The first time I called, it was a hot mess. I was infested with viruses on not one, not two but three laptops. That was just the beginning. One laptop was pretty new. The other laptops I got used and abused. It was clear the had work done elsewhere, by they were not anywhere close to being operable. I did buy them online and at a yardsale. He never gave up. He got us up and running and didn't break the bank. Tyler is very professional and even pretty cool, something that is important when you let someone into your home. Did I mention he will come to your door? He was punctual, arriving as promised. Not long after, I did call him again to setup a wifi device in my living room. I am not computer illiterate. In fact, I think I am pretty good. But I had banged my head in a wall to two weeks trying to get it going. I had called the manufacturer, the internet provider...... Why didn't I just call him in the first place, we may never know. Again Tyler arrived on time and as pleasant as ever. He didn't even bat an eye with the million and a half questions my 4 year old threw at him. He got right on it and viola! My daughter thinks he is magic....... He just may be! I recommend him to everyone! He was clear about the issues. He gave me different options for solutions. He was clear on pricing too! Overall great experience!

Tyler was great. He was able to set up my computer after a move. He was very knowledgeable and quick. He set it up exactly where I wanted and fixed some problems I had. His prices are reasonable and he is very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend him for your computer needs.
