Introduction: I am excellent at computer troubleshooting, malware removal, PC and laptop repair: installation, setup and tutoring. I work well on or off-site with a particular focus on individual customer needs, quick turnaround and support after the call. I have excellent and flexible problem-solving skills combined with industry recognized certifications: A+, N+, Dell (laptops and portables) and have recently passed my Macintosh certification (Apple Certified Macintosh Technician) and am currently working on the Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician exam. I have passed all certifications in a relatively short period of time and at my own expense. I have extensive field experience both in homes and business and am adept at working with a wide range of ability levels and backgrounds. I am excellent at defining complex problems and thinking in abstract ways to resolve a multitude of issues. Finally, I am aware of what I don™t know and am willing to ask the necessary questions to properly fix and support a customer'™s system and avoid costly future repairs and delays. What I do now is primarily technology support on a one-on-one basis in homes and businesses. To the best of my ability, I try to provide individual solutions to customers' issues as well as offering advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. The thrill I get is seeing the satisfied look on customers' faces when their systems work properly. Also, I get a good deal of satisfaction knowing I have done the best job I can, providing a level of competence that customers tell me is missing from the big box stores.
