- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was the kid who took apart his toys and put them back together. I have always had the gift of fixing things " it's a gift and a curse " all kidding aside, It's my calling, a God giving ability to work with my hands, heart and head.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find the right fit for you. Someone who instills confidence, professionalism and the ability to do the job right.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Handyman service people have a wide range of skills most have on the job training such as apartment or hotel maintenance, some have more formal training such as job corps maintenance vocation. My training is a mix of formal and on the job training I have also instructed students in maintenance, at job corps for 5 years .
