- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing very between needs, listings and competition. We will only get you the highest price the market will bear.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you via phone or email, whichever your preference is. Talk to about your wants and needs and streamline your search by only sending you listings that meet your criteria. If you need a lender, we can refer you to very capable people, knowledgeable in their county and familiar with all loans. Once the loan has been approved, and you choose the homes you would like to see, we will set up your tour and start shopping. That's the fun part. Finding your dream home. If you're happy, we are extremely happy. We will make the buying and selling a smooth transition from start to finish. We offer a FREE Home Warranty with your listing or purchase, valued at $440 and good for 1 year, covering your property. Not home insurance, but if anything breaks insurance. It breaks, you pay $60, they fix it or replace it.
