Bobby was pleasant, however, he was unfamiliar with my ceiling fan. After several hours, he did figure out a way to install it. He told me he could drywall, but his skills at drywall were minimal. I wish he had been forthright in telling me he was unfamiliar with the work, and i would have found someone else.

Hi Melodie, I apoligize but it wasn't that I was Un familiar with your ceiling fan, what I was unfamiliar with was the way your builder built your deck, right above the area where you wanted your fan, I should have not been so egotistical, thinking it would be easy, even after a veteran electrician turn down the job, I don't know if you recall but I apologize for taking a long time and even let you know that I felt bad for charging, and that I didn't want you to pay me for the inconvenience, once again I apologize

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes it's itemized based on the levels of time & difficulty. i.e removal of trim & light bulb in can light fixture then installing LED LIGHT with trim (one unit) $18 client must purchase materials, compared to installation of non-exsisting can light fixture with switch and wiring is $100 keeping in mind that I would have to locate and the second one is $50,
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I quote the job (give estimate) based on the information provided by client and me recalling what it took to get a similar job done, once the client excepts my quote he or she calls me, we make an appointment to meet at their home,and we go over the job together to meet their needs or wants and make any adjustments to the estimate at that time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 semesters of Electrical Training Course San Diego City College & more than 3500 hours of On The Job training in the Electrical Field
