- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We establish your price through several factors. We do not have pre-set pricing. We like to customize our menus based on individual likes and preferences. We will make suggestions based on experience to help balance menus, however in the end it is your Event and we want you to get what you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We prefer to discuss plans with each customer to get a feel for the type of event they want to accomplish. We can discuss details on the phone to give each client our personal attention. Once we agree on a Menu we will send written proposal documents. Upon approval we then receive a deposit and consider the event booked.We are happy to make revisions and changes until our client is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a Professional Chef for almost 4 decades. I am the Most decorated Competition Barbecue Chef in Nevada. Being that I have worked in many different Cuisine Styles we can come up with a menu that is unique for each client if necessary. We also can accommodate dietary or allergy concerns.
