Fantastic food, and great service! We had an in-suite wedding reception in Vegas and decided to go for an outside caterer and I'm glad we chose Sin City Bbq. They helped us choose the menu that fits our budget and accommodated several special requests. On the day of the event, We didn't have anyone to receive the food while we're at ceremony so we left the key for Christie and her crew to set the food up so it's ready when we're back. I had an evening party with approximately 35 people. Sin City BBQ arrived about an hour (5 pm) before the event and began the set-up. My quest, many of which were from Texas and they know a lot about BBQ and Brisket were extreme judges of quality BBQ. Well Steve and his help won the critics over. Everybody loved the entire spread. I got compliments that evening and days later. People asked for brochures and they really liked Steve's demeanor. Excellent Chef/Caterer. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We establish your price through several factors. We do not have pre-set pricing. We like to customize our menus based on individual likes and preferences. We will make suggestions based on experience to help balance menus, however in the end it is your Event and we want you to get what you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We prefer to discuss plans with each customer to get a feel for the type of event they want to accomplish. We can discuss details on the phone to give each client our personal attention. Once we agree on a Menu we will send written proposal documents. Upon approval we then receive a deposit and consider the event booked.We are happy to make revisions and changes until our client is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a Professional Chef for almost 4 decades. I am the Most decorated Competition Barbecue Chef in Nevada. Being that I have worked in many different Cuisine Styles we can come up with a menu that is unique for each client if necessary. We also can accommodate dietary or allergy concerns.
