I have had a few trainers before. DEVAN is far more the best trianer I have every found. If you want results he will make sure you reach them and push you to go above and beyond. I reached my goals of gains with in a short 3 weeks, where other say it would be impossible. I look forward and enjoy my sessions with him.He is extremely knowledgeable and focus. If you want a number 1 trainer than Devan (DR FITNESS) is your man..gotta love and hate that man all at once ..

I've been training with Brian for almost two months now. He has been a great trainer, very motivating, definitely jokes a lot which kept our training interesting. His work outs are well effective. Two months is short to see results but I'm pretty confident that if I keep doing what he planned for me, I will soon be healthier and fit. I absolutely enjoyed my workout journey with Brian and definitely recommend him to all of you who hope to start working out in the right way!
Finding a personal trainer is quite a challenge but the first time I attended Gev's Mehrabyan's Yoga Pilates class at The Z Spot, I knew it was right for me. I was very comfortable to expose my biggest flaws in my journey to being fit. There are many qualities to look for in a trainer. Among those are Communication, Professionalism, and Personality. If your trainer doesn't possess any of those qualities you will not achieve any of your fitness goals. I can say with conviction that Gev's technique in teaching, and knowledge in exercise training, is based on the functional anatomy of your body, and this includes nutrition and lifestyle habits. I was 189 pounds at the time I started with Gev. But being a broadcast journalist, that's 10 more pounds of added weight on TV. After 6 months of hard work and dedication, Voila! Down to 137 pounds and feeling fabulous!!! Commitment and hard work will only pay off if you are dedicated... this is Gev's reminder to all of his students..

Well when I found Marcia Washington, I was in need of a motivating inspiring trainer to get me started on a healthier way of life and to accomplish what I had set out to do. You see, I wanted to do a Spartan race, which is a 8 mile 23 obstacle course. I thought to myself, how can I do this? Well I found the one person that could help me with this task. She has done a race before. I worked with her for about four months or a little longer. Boy oh boy this was a amazon transformation for me. I ended up doing that Spartan race in 2 hours and 40min, wow, who would of thought that a 37 year old mom of three could do that in a small amount of time of training. Not only did she help me on my fitness goal, she also helped me see things a little clearer on what I wanted to continue to do with my fitness goal and my body and wellness of my life. So I continue to go to her for my training. Last December I had taken three weeks off of training and was still searching for something to change in my life. Well come January I went back to training, and started to feel a lot better. Then I decided to do something out of my comfort zone, yep I thought why don't I try a bikini competition show. I knew that I was with the right trainer, not only is she fit but she looks great. Every encounter I have had with Marcia, has always been great and uplifting. In the last four months, she has been training me, she has gone way over and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and busy life. If I could post a picture of my before and my after, you would see the amazon transformation that Marcia and I have accomplished. Which is one that I could not of done without her. I was 168lbs and now I am, 140lbs and still going down. I have muscles that I have never seen before. I have had other trainers, but never have I had someone that is so amazing, uplifting and fun to train with. She has never cancelled on me, she has never just not shown up, and she is so committed to my training. She is always there for me with a great smile and ready to train me as if she had nothing going on in her life and only my training to do. I greatly appreciate her for all she does and the time she puts in for me and what she continues to do for me. It just amazes me on how I can get a phone call about my progress from my trainer and she is so excited for me when seeing the transformation side by side in pictures. It's like a proud momma of her daughter getting straight A's in school. My mother is no longer around, so to have someone share that type of excitement with me and for me, is a great feeling. I am so lucky to have her supporting me in my journey in a healthier way of life, and she is also the only one that could of made this possible. I trained with Ken for 4 years and he was an amazing trainer, knowledgeable on physiology, always in a good mood and very attentive. We only stopped because I moved to a gym where only the gym's trainers could work with me. He always made the hour fun and different. He is "age appropriate" and never pushed me beyond my limit like a younger trainer might. He never took phone calls or chatted with other trainers like some do. I was in great shape with Ken, and if I could, I'd have him train me again. He's also a really nice guy and he enriched me with his friendship and sense of humor. This guy's a keeper!
My husband and I have been seeing Chuck for 7 months. The transformation for both of us has been rewarding. Through hard work, dedication and listening to Chuck I have lost close to 40 lbs. I had so many issues with my neck, shoulder, foot and muscle weakness for so many years. Due to aging, playing sports and long taking of statin medication. My bad experiences with fitness work out: 1. Injuries from doing work out by myself 2. A personal trainer with a wrong vision of fitness or just doing it as a job. 3. Lack of motivation and discipline. Long searching for a personal trainer. I met Ryan Iverson through my friend, Joanne, who I have seen the significant changes in her body fitness, the look, the strength and how much she enjoys her work out with Ryan. It’s an unspoken testimony. Ryan is the most you can ask for or dream for your personal trainer. His work out sessions with me were prepared for me, for my body type & body conditions and my goal. Mick is the best! I wish I still lived in Vegas, because I would still be going to him 3-4 days a week. He is really a wealth of knowledge, and I enjoyed picking his brain about fitness and nutrition. During training sessions, Mick always pushed me to my limits...which I needed! He really spends thorough time with his clients, and didn't just treat me like a time slot like some trainers. It's really nice to work with someone who practices what he preaches!
About 6 months ago, I had a really gnarly cliff jumping accident which left me unable to exercise for 3 months & forced to modify my exercises for 6 months which atrofied the little muscle that I had. I wanted help getting back on the horse & I had success with a trainer when I was 17 (I'm 22 now) who was able to target the areas that I wanted but my experience with trainers since then has been dismal at best. I've seen about 3 different trainers in Vegas alone in the past month with the sole purpose of bodybuilding the muscles in my butt. I've told all of them that I wanted to avoid overworking my arms, didn't want to hurt my back & most importantly wanted to REALLY active my glutes (every girls dream, right??). None of them delivered until I met Jordan. It's the day after my first workout & im sooooo sore in all the right places (hello new butt here I come!!). I expressed my concerns & he took the time to make a custom workout for me BEFORE the session (how awesome is that??). He kept track of my reps (something all trainers should do but few actually do), encouraged me to push myself, seems to genuinely care & has a great smile to boot. I'm his new fan!! When I told him that I have a predisposition to back pain, he repositioned himself to make sure my back was staying straight so I wasn't hurting myself & that made a world of difference. He also kept checking with me to make sure I wasn't hurting my knee & made sure I had knee pads if it was required which was really nice. The way he set the workouts up, my knee didn't hurt at all (yay!) but he didn't make me feel like I'd be whining if I said it did. Im impressed with his patience, dedication & attention to detail. His package deal is also incredibly affordable which is awesome because I really wanted to hardcore train my glutes 3 times a week. I'm super freaking excited to post before & after pictures because I know Jordan will deliver!! Jordan is the epitome of affordability meets quality & he deserves all the praise in the world. He's charming, affordable & delivers results according to what YOU want (that's a biggie right there). I am very satisfied with team hard work and the services they offer. The workouts and nutritional diets work great with my everyday schedule. My trainer is able to work with my difficult schedule and customize a workout to fit my needs. Replies as quickly as possible but also very insightful of different workouts and nutrition. I would recommend team hard work to anyone new or experienced to bodybuilding!
The decision to work out with Laurince is the best I've ever made. His workouts are fun and will push you to the limit. Laurince himself is highly motivating and encouraging. If you are looking for an amazing trainer, Laurince is the one!!
I am beyond thankful for finding Terry. A few months ago I was finally ready to get back in the gym after a bunch of health issues and injuries, which caused me to put on unwanted weight from lack of exercise and other issues. The week I started there were a few trainers that asked me if I wanted to work with them and I was like "Nope, I know how to work out, thanks!" I figured I did not need a trainer considering I use to be unstoppable at the gym a few years back. Then I meet Terry, right off the bat I liked her, she is friendly and has been through some of the challenges that I have so I knew she understood what I needed, so I put my ego aside and decided to hire her, and so glad I did. Terry has taught me the right way to use the machines, turns out that all of the years I was working out on them I was doing it wrong, which is why I got injured. That just goes to show, I might know something, but it is always good to get another opinion because I do not know everything. After a few months of working with her, I am toning up, and getting stronger, I am happy with the results and continue to use her for training!! She is the best; a must hire!!
