FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our dispatcher will speak with the customer about the problem they are having and schedule to have one of our professional plumbers go to the property to diagnose the issue. The plumber will inform the customer of what was found and recommend options to repair or replace the plumbing. An estimate will be sent to the customer listing all of the options available and detailing what will be done. Once the estimate is approved we will schedule an appointment for the repair or replacement.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Homeowners, Business owners, Commercial building owners, Property Managers, New Construction Projects, Tenant Improvements with General Contractors
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure that you hire a licensed contractor for any plumbing work done in your home. If you hire an unlicensed contractor you are not protected by the Nevada State Contractor's Board recovery fund if a problem occurs due to inexperience or a faulty repair. Hiring an unlicensed contractor may cause your homeowners insurance policy to become invalid if someone unlicensed has done work in your home. Licensed Contractors must pass strict licensing requirements regarding experience and background checks with the Nevada State Contractor's Board, and must have a commercial grade insurance policy.
