Gev is one of my all time favorite fitness instructors. I have taken his yoga, bootcamp and yoga sculpt at my studio and I have loved each one. He is a professional, pushes us to do our very best, is funny and adds positive and uplifting anecdotes in each and every class that help to put a smile on my face and make my entire day better. Took a few sessions to evaluate my strength/fitness and now focuses on areas I need improvement. His background in Hypnotherapy, Meditation, and Life Coaching is a plus in that you can't help but benefit from his positivity and outlook.
Well when I found Marcia Washington, I was in need of a motivating inspiring trainer to get me started on a healthier way of life and to accomplish what I had set out to do. You see, I wanted to do a Spartan race, which is a 8 mile 23 obstacle course. I thought to myself, how can I do this? Well I found the one person that could help me with this task. She has done a race before. I worked with her for about four months or a little longer. Boy oh boy this was a amazon transformation for me. I ended up doing that Spartan race in 2 hours and 40min, wow, who would of thought that a 37 year old mom of three could do that in a small amount of time of training. Not only did she help me on my fitness goal, she also helped me see things a little clearer on what I wanted to continue to do with my fitness goal and my body and wellness of my life. So I continue to go to her for my training. Last December I had taken three weeks off of training and was still searching for something to change in my life. Well come January I went back to training, and started to feel a lot better. Then I decided to do something out of my comfort zone, yep I thought why don't I try a bikini competition show. I knew that I was with the right trainer, not only is she fit but she looks great. Every encounter I have had with Marcia, has always been great and uplifting. In the last four months, she has been training me, she has gone way over and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and busy life. If I could post a picture of my before and my after, you would see the amazon transformation that Marcia and I have accomplished. Which is one that I could not of done without her. I was 168lbs and now I am, 140lbs and still going down. I have muscles that I have never seen before. I have had other trainers, but never have I had someone that is so amazing, uplifting and fun to train with. She has never cancelled on me, she has never just not shown up, and she is so committed to my training. She is always there for me with a great smile and ready to train me as if she had nothing going on in her life and only my training to do. I greatly appreciate her for all she does and the time she puts in for me and what she continues to do for me. It just amazes me on how I can get a phone call about my progress from my trainer and she is so excited for me when seeing the transformation side by side in pictures. It's like a proud momma of her daughter getting straight A's in school. My mother is no longer around, so to have someone share that type of excitement with me and for me, is a great feeling. I am so lucky to have her supporting me in my journey in a healthier way of life, and she is also the only one that could of made this possible. A huge thank you goes to her, for making this happen for me. Not to often do you meet someone like her, so I am so very grateful. Thank you.

I've been looking for a reliable trainer in Vegas for a few months now and I'm very pleased with my choice of Chuck and Lotus Fitness. Mick is a true expert when it comes to fitness. I started training with him about 3-4 months ago and the workouts have been enjoyable in the sense that Mick throws in variety and creativity into my regimen. After a few weeks i started seeing results. My muscles were getting stronger and I started seeing TRICEPS! "I was lucky enough to train with both Rachael and Steve while I was working in Germany. My initial goal was to start lifting weights more consistently and regain a level of fitness that I had lost over several months and then eventually focus on fat loss. They were able to design both nutrition and fitness programs that both met me where I was at but also pushed me to be and do the best I could in the gym and in my life (even when I did not believe I could). I looked forward to my workouts and as I improved and was able to make gains in the gym they adapted my program so I was always reaching for more. Trainer Jo is truly amazing. She has a great personality, she is a great motivator and very well educated in fitness and nutrition. She has helpe me drop 6 inches and 6 lbs in 8 weeks. I sure wish I could stay working on my fitness goal with her.

I am very satisfied with team hard work and the services they offer. The workouts and nutritional diets work great with my everyday schedule. Sara helped me tone up and get stronger. She was very knowlegable in asking me questions about my health, how oftern I worked out and what I did. She made sure I stayed with in my "comfort" zone while she trained me, but she also pushed me just enough for me to do more.
