We were lucky enough to start with Magic before the holidays last December 2017. My mom, sister, and I are currently doing a group option so we are able to come in together to train. Magic is a wonderful personal trainer. He is super energetic, fun, positive, and very knowledgeable. We look forward to our sessions because he includes variety into our workouts. He provides challenges but we are always able to let him know if we need to make an adjustment to a weight or workout. Plus, Magic really make an effort to work with our schedule. We all work and sometimes something comes up unexpectedly and Magic tries to accommodate us. We couldn't have picked a better personal trainer for our fitness journey. He sets realistic, doable goals that inspire a sustainable lifestyle change. We can't wait what the next few weeks/months will bring. Thanks Magic!

I am new to yoga and have only been doing it for a couple of months, and wanted to find a knowledgeable yoga teacher to give me private lessons at my home. Well I can personal tell you that Gev, is a wonderful person who is very knowledgeable of yoga and many other forms of fitness, and also nutrician. He has helped me to create a balance in body-mind & spirit. His energy that he brings to our yoga sessions is wonderful ! He is in tune with my goals and has been very encouraging. Well when I found Marcia Washington, I was in need of a motivating inspiring trainer to get me started on a healthier way of life and to accomplish what I had set out to do. You see, I wanted to do a Spartan race, which is a 8 mile 23 obstacle course. I thought to myself, how can I do this? Well I found the one person that could help me with this task. She has done a race before. I worked with her for about four months or a little longer. Boy oh boy this was a amazon transformation for me. I ended up doing that Spartan race in 2 hours and 40min, wow, who would of thought that a 37 year old mom of three could do that in a small amount of time of training. Not only did she help me on my fitness goal, she also helped me see things a little clearer on what I wanted to continue to do with my fitness goal and my body and wellness of my life. So I continue to go to her for my training. Last December I had taken three weeks off of training and was still searching for something to change in my life. Well come January I went back to training, and started to feel a lot better. Then I decided to do something out of my comfort zone, yep I thought why don't I try a bikini competition show. I knew that I was with the right trainer, not only is she fit but she looks great. Every encounter I have had with Marcia, has always been great and uplifting. In the last four months, she has been training me, she has gone way over and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and busy life. If I could post a picture of my before and my after, you would see the amazon transformation that Marcia and I have accomplished. Which is one that I could not of done without her. I was 168lbs and now I am, 140lbs and still going down. I have muscles that I have never seen before. I have had other trainers, but never have I had someone that is so amazing, uplifting and fun to train with. She has never cancelled on me, she has never just not shown up, and she is so committed to my training. She is always there for me with a great smile and ready to train me as if she had nothing going on in her life and only my training to do. I greatly appreciate her for all she does and the time she puts in for me and what she continues to do for me. It just amazes me on how I can get a phone call about my progress from my trainer and she is so excited for me when seeing the transformation side by side in pictures. It's like a proud momma of her daughter getting straight A's in school. My mother is no longer around, so to have someone share that type of excitement with me and for me, is a great feeling. I am so lucky to have her supporting me in my journey in a healthier way of life, and she is also the only one that could of made this possible. A huge thank you goes to her, for making this happen for me. Not to often do you meet someone like her, so I am so very grateful. Thank you.
Ken is one the best personal trainers I have had. He is creative, encouraging, always watching form, changing up a session according to a client's need and making a workout customized for each client's level and ability. He's funny which for me is a HUGE plus and I cannot rave enough about him. You will be in the very best hands if you hire and work with Ken.

mick was my personal fitness trainer. everytime we had training, he always motivated me to do my best. He gave tips on food recipes or food preps; not only he was a great trainer but also an awesome food photographer too, becoz of this talent he can recommend you to some of the great tasting restaurants/spots in vegas. mick is very professional, if he has a scheduled trip/errand he’ll let you know ahead of time and you both can discuss/arrange a schedule. he always responds to your text or inquiries and he is easy to get along with.
I stumbled upon the Bloom for Life Blog when I was looking to manage my hormones with more natural solutions. It has been very hard for me to get into the gym either because of my work schedule or me just not being motivated. So, when I decided to get serious and go back I knew I needed someone to give me that extra push and motivate me again. I decided to try a personal trainer and I found Jordan! He is very patient and took the time to understand me and what I needed to reach my goals. He is an awesome motivator and although he pushes me, he understands my limits bit he motivates me to go beyond those limits because he believes I an capable. He is very flexible and goes above and beyond to accommodate a schedule that works for me which I am very thankful for. He is open to adjusting a workout if I feel there is an area that I am most concerned about. I have a hard time picking the right foods for my weight loss goal, thus he helps me establish a meal plan that will help me reach my weight loss goal and will help me adjust as needed. I could go on and on about how happy and lucky I am to have him as a trainer. He definitely motivates me to want to workout and makes me feel proud of my accomplishments after each one. I couldn't ask for nor would I want another trainer.

Trainer Jo has helped me get back in shape! With her personalize plans, you get to where you need and before you know you are fit again and ready to conquer the world! I was able to do Angel's landing and the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim with no problem during the same month! Before, I was not in shape enough to do it without consequences during and after... I hired Bonnie as a personal trainer .. at first I was just wanting to cut up I was in pretty good shape already but was needing some help in areas . After three months of training with Bonnie we started kicking around the idea of maybe trying to do a show .So we picked out a date and a show and the work began . Bonnie pushed me to levels I've never been to before . After twelve weeks of hard core exercise cardio and a stricked diet I walked on stage at the legends classic and took second my first show ! The following year she trained me I walked on stage at took first !!! And now she's started training me for a up coming show and with her professionalism and drive I know together we will bring home another trophy .

I met Laura in September of 2008. I had joined a local gym and 3 free training sessions were included with my new membership. Exercising since 2005, I had worked with several personal trainers before. I expected to take advantage of my free sessions and then continue to exercise on my own...as I always had in the past. I wouldn't have believed you if you told me I would still be meeting Laura weekly four years later in 2012! One great reason to work with Laura is that she is extremely professional. I am a busy professional myself and have very little free time. In four years, Laura has never missed, canceled or been late for an appointment. I often do not know my schedule from week to week and Laura is always wiling to accommodate my needs. During our training sessions I am always treated as if I am the only other person in the room, even though there are other clients surrounding us. There are many flaky people in our wonderful city of Las Vegas; it's refreshing to work with some reliable like Laura. Another great reason to work with Laura is her flexibility and open mindedness as a trainer. My relationships with past trainers have failed because the trainers have insisted upon specific training regimes, torturous sessions that I dreaded and pushy sales tactics. I had been exercising for 3 years before I met Laura and have always enjoined experimenting with different diets, routines and goals. Laura has always been able to be as much or as little of a trainer as needed; sometimes she has been in complete control of my fitness program and other times she has participated only as a weight training spotter, ensuring my safety. Also, Laura has a vast knowledge of nutrition and has been able to make recommendations or respect my differing choices. The greatest reason to work with Laura as a trainer is because the sessions are fun! I always look forward to our sessions because Laura is very genuine, intelligent and great to talk to. She takes the time to get to know her clients and the discussions carry over from week to week. Although I am strenuously exercising, the sessions seem effortless because they are fun.
