Marnie is intelligent, intuitive, compassionate, wise, funny, and thoroughly unique. She views people as one-of-a-kind originals, and does not apply formulaic solutions but rather tailors her therapeutic approach to the individual needs and circumstances of her clients. I sought her services after becoming a widowed mother to two small children. I was looking for grief support as well as assistance with parenting struggles I faced in my new life situation. She offered insightful and above all practical suggestions for restructuring my life in a way that honored my need to grieve as well as to move forward toward an optimistic future. I am very appreciative of her and our sessions together.

Dustin does a good job picking out exercises he knows will work for you..additionally , he will talk to you about nutrition .. eating properly to get the most benefit out of training . Remember , personal trainers can only do so much. You must add input as well , ask dustin at times if your firm is right . If not, he will show you the right for so u get the best out of your sessions with him . Dustin is a very laid back guy, but he does care to help you help yourself to get in the best possible shape. I highly recommend dustin ad I have been training with him over a year on top of my own training. I've list 60 pounds and have packed on alot of muscle.

I was looking for a personal trainer. I wanted to look good and lose weight. I decide to give it a try and was lucky enough to find Ryan. He is personable and very knowledgeable. I have been working out since August 2015 and it has really made a difference my shape. I have lost weight and toned up. Each work out is different and I never get bored. I also have a bad back and shoulder. Ryan has helped me strengthen my back and shoulder muscles. Also Ryan is good nutritionist. It is so much easier to have someone like Ryan guide you through an exercise and food advice. Ryan is wonderful! I am so happy to met Ryan and eat better now.

GREAT coach! Everything you're looking for in a personal trainer. Truly cares, knows his stuff, and doesn't just talk the talk but walks the walk. Super funny too so no awkward silences between sets haha. Always comes prepared, always switching things up, and if I ever come in there wanting something different, he can roll with it on the fly and give me a great workout! Highly recommended!

Was looking for personal training in a low-key comfortable environment without the "sell" larger gyms place on you. Kelly is great. Took a few sessions to evaluate my strength/fitness and now focuses on areas I need improvement. His background in Hypnotherapy, Meditation, and Life Coaching is a plus in that you can't help but benefit from his positivity and outlook.

I was not familiar with Tai Chi & meditation before Mitch. I have Fibromylgia I heard that Tai Chi was good for that disease. Mitch teaches a class of Tai Chi, with patience and compassion. He tells us that nothing is more important that this moment and we are special in every way. He also teaches us how to breath, so we breath in good energy and breath out bad toxins. I look forward to my Tai Chi Classes. They are a blessing to me and I know Iam special in every day. Iam so glad I have met Mitch and his staff. He is a healer and a wonderful man who loves life and all humanity.

Since committing to inTune my life has changed drastically. They have provided me with an easy to follow workout routine that is design specifically for my physique and goals. Also inTune hooked me up with a diet that has a wide variety of food and is still on the cheap side. In just 60 days my body, mind, and spirit have been feeling better than ever before. Casey continuously reaches out to me to check in, ask how I’m doing, and motivate. I can honestly say that his passion for health and fitness motivates me to become better each day. It’s easy to follow a program like this, especially when you know that inTune genuinely cares about my well-being.

Jeff is awesome. I've been training with him for two years now. He always works with your personal goals. He has helped me stay on track with my diet and exercise. I recommend him as a personal trainer. I've worked with a few trainers and he supercedes any other trainer I've worked with.

I first met Amanda in Costa Rica at a raw food retreat, she was the raw chef, and what an AMAZING chef she was. Her creations were delicious and also beautiful. I wish she was my "personal raw food chef"! I continued to get to know her through FB and kept track of her travels and learned that she was not only a great chef but a beautiful and loving Spirit who's beauty, generosity and talents far exceed what I knew in Costa Rica! I admire her tremendously and know that she will continue to do even greater things in this world and to heal one person and one delicious dish at a time! Go Amanda, you're the BEST!!!

I needed to lose weight, but was experiencing severe lower back pain. Dustin customized a workout in the gym for me that was as low impact as possible, while still delivering results. And then he moved me into the pool, which was completely out of my comfort zone, and showed me just how effective water workouts could be, while remaining low impact. I highly recommend Real Life Fitness no matter what your weight loss or fitness goals are... He knows what he's talking about!

Hannah is the best of the best when it comes to personal trainers in Las Vegas. I started working out with Hannah years ago and she got me into the best shape I’d ever been in, and helped me achieve the look I wanted. I picked back up with her recently after she moved back to town, and I’ve been very happy with my progress so far. Not only is she super nice, she’s attentive—never pushing you to where you’d injure yourself, but instead motivating you to reach your full potential. I look foraward to my workouts every week and am excited to get back into the best shape of my life! I know for a fact I couldn’t do this on my own (I’ve tried). Hannah switches up the workouts consistently so that training never gets boring, and she can help with nutrition, too. Don’t put off your health goals any longer. Give Hannah a call! You won’t regret it.

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

        What is a life coach?

A professional, accredited life coach works with people to help them make important changes in their life, either growing in their profession or changing gears in their personal lives. They help clients turn their dreams or wishes into realistic, attainable goals. They guide people through the process of making life changes by helping them evaluate the steps they must take to reach a particular goal, then help them decide how — and whether — to take those steps in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way possible. A life coach acts as a motivator, strategist and accountability partner. Unlike a therapist, a life coach doesn’t help solve problems from your past — they’re focused on helping you move forward with new ways of acting and thinking that will help you reach your goals. Some people specialize in particular types of life coaching, including life balancing coaches, small business coaches, executive coaches and personal finance coaches. Some meet clients in person, while others hold consultations over the phone.

Regardless of which type of life coach you’re interested in, make sure the person holds an International Coach Federation (ICF) credential. There are three tiers of credentials: Associate, Professional and Master, which require coaching experience ranging from 100 hours to 2,500 hours.

        What is a health coach?

A health coach is a service provider you can hire to help you realize your wellness goals. You can hire a health and wellness coach to guide you through life changes, keep you focused on weight loss or fitness goals, help boost your mental health, and more. Many health coaches work with their clients for set periods of time as the client moves toward a measurable goal. Wellness coaches come from varying backgrounds, and may have different areas of focus depending on their education and training. Research potential coaches by reading their reviews, researching their academic and personal backgrounds, and learning about any certifications they have earned from coaching institutes. Often, health and wellness coaches sell coaching packages ranging from three to six months or longer, depending on the client’s needs. The average national cost for an individual health coach session ranges from $60 to $90, although prices may range as low as $30 or up to $130 or more, depending on your location and the coach.

How much does a life coach cost?

A life coach helps clients set and reach professional and personal goals, develop positive habits, and deal with stress. Some people meet with a life coach once or twice, while others form an ongoing professional relationship, meeting regularly in person or on the phone. The average national cost to meet with a life coach ranges from $80 to $130 an hour. Some coaches offer per-session pricing, especially for one-time meetings; expect to pay an average of $100-$125. People who want to work with a coach over a period of time to explore life transitions, career growth or lifestyle changes may be able to get discounted pricing in a package. For example, three 60-minute sessions cost an average of $300, four 60-minute sessions cost an average of $350, and four 60- to 90-minute sessions plus unlimited contact between sessions cost an average of $400. Some specific types of coaching, such as relationship or marriage coaching, cost more than standard life coaching. For instance, three 60-minute relationship coaching sessions cost an average of $500, four 60-minute sessions cost an average of $550, and six 60- to 90-minute sessions cost an average of $650 when purchased as a package. Training and experience can also affect the cost of hiring a life coach. An Associate Certified Coach, who holds a certification that requires only 60 hours of training and 100 hours of coaching experience, will charge less than a Master Certified Coach, who typically has at least 200 hours of training and 2,500 hours of coaching experience.

What is a holistic wellness coach?

When you want to reach new heights with your health and wellness, consider hiring a holistic wellness coach. Much like a health coach, a holistic wellness coach is focused on your well-being and meets with you in one-on-one sessions to help you identify and reach your targeted goals. A holistic wellness coach will typically have you take all components of your life into account when working to achieve your goals. If your goal is to lose weight, a holistic wellness coach will not only offer recommendations for your diet and exercise, but also discuss your emotional health, your work/life balance, your spiritual side, and each area of your life that affects your ability to follow a nutrition and fitness plan.

Although they are highly motivational and often can help clients achieve great results, holistic wellness coaches are not professional health care providers or registered dietitians. Different institutes and training centers provide certifications for holistic wellness coaching, so be sure to research your coach and read their reviews to understand more about their techniques and training.

        Why get a life coach?

People of all ages and in all careers have called in a life coach. Life coaches are accredited professionals who can help you figure out the tangible changes you can make in your life to reach your goals; they can even help you turn your dreams into goals, if you’re not sure where to go next. A life coach can also help people find their purpose in life. Life coaching clients often have an idea of what they want to do, such as help people or work with animals, but don’t know how to turn that passion into a career. A life coach can help clients work through the options to find a clear path with concrete steps that lead to an attainable goal. A life coach can also help clients make a major career change, such as starting a new business. Life coaches can help clients develop better habits that will make them more successful, acting as an accountability partner. Life coaches also often guide their clients through major transitions in life, such as a career change or other stressful situations that are made easier with guidance from a neutral third party.

Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
