I apologize for the stop in service, as I told you when we first met the reason I don't charge the first month is because I work alone and I like to see if the service will work for me as well as the client. I was unaware the house was for sale when I started the service which was fine with me as long as I was just there to maintain and clean the pool. When I found out that you had someone jumping the wall and using the pool without anyone's knowledge I made you aware, & because of how they set the valves they drained the spa causing the pump to overheat and creating air leaks. I said I'd replace the rings which I did, but when the system started back up I noticed further damage which would need extensive plumbing. I made it clear when we met, I have a large route and mostly work alone and the first free month was so that I could see what I was getting into. When a house is for sale I know timing is important and things have to be done quickly, so as I told you when I decided to stop (before really starting a paid service) I didn't think I could keep up with the work load your pool had. I absolutely cleaned the pool one more additional time as I told you I would as well as added chemicals to keep you stable until someone else could step in but the winds were at 40MPH that day so I don't think your taking that into account, Lastly I replaced the valve rings, and the lid ring, no charge and only stopped when I noticed further more extensive damage as the water made its way into the system, I'm sorry I didn't have the man power for something like this but I do wish you luck. I try to stress to everyone I meet that I don't trust anyone with my route but me, I can only take on so much and THE FIRST MONTH FREE is there for things like this. To make sure that it's a "service" and not a project. That mixed with the timeframe that comes with a house that's for sale in the middle of the busiest time of year is why after the FIRST FREE MONTH I decided that it wasn't a good fit for me.
