- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing simple. We charge 9%, and we do not nickle and dime owners with a lot of additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new customer, we either meet with them personally or speak with them on the phone and ask several questions to make sure we have all the information we need. We make it as easy as possible for them, by handling as much of the work as we can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 8 people on our management team, we are able to help you with all your needs. Chad Andrew is the Property Manager. He graduated from the University of Utah. He has been in real estate since 2002 and a licensed property manager since 2004.
