- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, we do not have a standard pricing because every client and clients' needs, wants, goals and situations are different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The first step is to meet with the client to assess needs, wants and goal. 2. Next is to prepare the appropriate representation paperwork. 3. For commercial property management, there's a 40-step detailed process. 4. For representing buyers, sellers, tenants or landlord's---each has their own lengthy process to follow in accordance with the client's needs, wants, goals and financial viability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading and doing continuing education about the commercial real estate profession. I have over 15 years of experiencing managing various types of properties.
