Introduction: I invest in the sale of my clients homes. What that means to sellers is that I have 'skin in the game'. I am not going to just list your home in the MLS and put it on some websites, hoping it sells. I spend money upfront to actively market your home in print, on TV, via mail, on my own websites, and in national publications---and you don't have to pay me back for all of that advertising. I will be successful in selling your home. Everyday, I meet new people who put their trust in me with the sale or purchase of their home. My two favorite moments in my daily work are 1) Calling a seller to tell them that their home is sold. 2) Handing a home buyer the keys to their new home. Everything that I do, everyday, is focused on reaching those two goals.

Cynthia has assisted several clients with the sale of their homes and also acted as their broker in the purchases of new residences. In case of some of these sales, it was either a complex short sale or a property that required extensive marketing. Cynthia is one of the few agents that spends substantial sums on advertising and promotion which facilitated a quick and favorable outcome. She is an excellent real estate professional, hard-working and intelligent. I would recommend her without hesitation.

    Hire someone strong enough to negotiate the best deal for you, and who seems to personally care about the outcome for your benefit.

    Having a license doesn't mean that someone knows what they are doing. Not only does experience mean a great deal in terms of the kind of care that is shown to a client's transaction, it's also true that Realtors are people, too. Look for someone who seems to really 'get' you, someone who seems to care about you. That matters more than words can convey, here.
