I starting seeing Dustin about 2 months ago and could not be happier with the results so far. I am training for a physical agility testing for a peace office post II exam and when I started I was not able to do more than 2 push-ups and now I can do almost 10. My mile times have dropped by over 5 minutes and I've lost 10 inches total on my waist and hips. Dustin definitely knows what he's doing, he sent me additional workouts to do on my own, and I have to say I've played softball through college and worked out and weight trained for several years and my workouts with Dustin have been the best workouts I've ever done.
My 15-yr-old son is a competitive tennis player and has been taking strength & conditioning training with Devan the last few months. He really likes his sessions with Devan and loves the one-on-one training and guidance. Devan operates out of a great facility and is enthusiastic about what he does and also flexible in his scheduling, which we appreciate!
I love training with Andrew! I noticed after the first 2 months that my balance and strength had changed significantly and I'm amazed each day that I can do more and more. He pushes me but encourages me as well and always knows just what I can handle. Was looking for personal training in a low-key comfortable environment without the "sell" larger gyms place on you. Kelly is great. Took a few sessions to evaluate my strength/fitness and now focuses on areas I need improvement. His background in Hypnotherapy, Meditation, and Life Coaching is a plus in that you can't help but benefit from his positivity and outlook.
I have been working with Marcia for two years now and could not be happier. She is a results driven instructor without being overbearing or obnoxious. Marcia has taken me from a size 22 to a size 10/12. She also does conditioning training with our 12 year old son on a weekly basis. He is heavily involved in club soccer. His coaches and other parents have asked what we are doing with him because the marked improvement in his performance. In short, I would highly recommend Marcia and Integral Fitness to anyone at any level of fitness. I've been training with him for over six months now, and the results speak for themselves. He mixed up our workouts well with strength training and high-intensity workouts that help me shed the 20 lbs of sympathy weight I gained during my wife's pregnancy--that's 12% of my body weight. I had so many issues with my neck, shoulder, foot and muscle weakness for so many years. Due to aging, playing sports and long taking of statin medication. My bad experiences with fitness work out: 1. Injuries from doing work out by myself 2. A personal trainer with a wrong vision of fitness or just doing it as a job. 3. Lack of motivation and discipline. Long searching for a personal trainer. I met Ryan Iverson through my friend, Joanne, who I have seen the significant changes in her body fitness, the look, the strength and how much she enjoys her work out with Ryan. It’s an unspoken testimony. Ryan is the most you can ask for or dream for your personal trainer. His work out sessions with me were prepared for me, for my body type & body conditions and my goal. His knowledge educated me for the function of my body in everyday life. Understanding the rehab before and after the working out sessions with him applied to everything I do with my body at all time. I began working out with Marnie a couple of years ago. I personally loved her attention to detail and overall detail when it came to planning my nutrition and workouts. In addition, her flexibility with my dietary preferences, or working out a program that would compliment my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was extremely helpful. I was able to both lose weight and get stronger by training with Marnie. I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer, and I definitely hope to be able to work with her again in the near future.
Mick is a true expert when it comes to fitness. I started training with him about 3-4 months ago and the workouts have been enjoyable in the sense that Mick throws in variety and creativity into my regimen. After a few weeks i started seeing results. My muscles were getting stronger and I started seeing TRICEPS! "I was lucky enough to train with both Rachael and Steve while I was working in Germany. My initial goal was to start lifting weights more consistently and regain a level of fitness that I had lost over several months and then eventually focus on fat loss. They were able to design both nutrition and fitness programs that both met me where I was at but also pushed me to be and do the best I could in the gym and in my life (even when I did not believe I could). I looked forward to my workouts and as I improved and was able to make gains in the gym they adapted my program so I was always reaching for more. I also appreciated that were very grounded in their approach to health and fitness and advocated a balanced approach in both arenas Rachael often discussed her obsession with German Christmas cookies. 🙂 But this did allow me mental freedom from feeling like I had to be on a strict regimen, could enjoy treats every now and still have an overall healthy lifestyle. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to train with them and still use many aspects of fitness in my current regimen that I learned from my training.
Jill is amazing to work with! I did strength training classes at a gym, cardio/circut classes at a small studio, and personal training with Jill. She has impecccable knowledge of form and function and is always making sure you are doing things right and safe while pushing you to work hard and get great results. She not only focuses on exercise, but incorporates the importance of good, clean, and proper nutrition. She has an excellent knowledge base, follows up on how you are doing, and is easily accessible. Love the flexible schedule and her prices are reasonable and competitive. I wish she was still here- I miss her!! You can't go wrong having Jill as your trainer!
Marina is a great trainer and person!! She is a person who cares about her clients and does everything she can to push them! She not only helps you physically but mentally and emotionally as well! I have been working with her near a year now and she has helped me tremendously! She is the person I trained with and had help from while I was prepping to go to basic for the Army. She helped me physically and mentally get ready. She helps you see yourself as a new person and puts so much faith into you that you build a relationship that will forever be there. I even wrote to her while I was in basic. She is the person who's voice I would hear while taking my PT test. I wouldn't hear my drill SGT's voice, I would hear her's. She helped me reach the 220 I scored in PT. She is a great trainer to have! She is small and fiesty when you get to know her, but I wouldn't change a thing in the world for the time I've been able to train with her. I just want to pack her into my suitcase and take her with me to my next duty station because she is beyond amazing! She helps you with everything in your life and she cares about each and everyone of her clients like they are family to her. If you ever have the chance to train with her you better take it! Words can't express how much I look up to her for inspiration!
Designs our routines to meet the needs that we have laid out . It's important that we have someone who understands how to work with a couple in their late 60s . We had a previous trainer who thought we were in our 30s and almost killed us but Tessa pushes us but in a way that is within our current level of fitness . Since we have worked with Dessa our balance flexibility strength and stamina of all made significant improvements !
My experience with Tetralogy Strength and Fitness has been incredible. In the last year of training, I lost 30 pounds and my compound lifts have escalated 300%. The great thing about Tetralogy is the professionalism, detailed instruction and great coach explanations. Ian comes from a background of D1 college strength and conditioning, which is as good as it gets if you're looking to take your health and fitness to the next level. Ryan is the first personal trainer that I've worked with. I've been training with him for a little over a month and I've already noticed increased strength and some muscle gain. He's very knowledgeable in fitness and has helped me correct/work on my form in many exercises. He's easy to talk to and is happy to answer my questions. He provides a workout plan every two weeks, but unfortunately no nutritional plan, though he has made recommendations on how to approach it. Overall, he's been a great trainer and I will continue to train with him until I reach my fitness goals.
