Our company hired SuperGeeks to build an online store for our 100+ high end resort clothes and accessories. SuperGeeks was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. From the outset, we had some delay in providing them with photos and product description and James and team were very patient and worked with us in gathering everything necessary. They also listened to what we wanted and more importantly - what we didn't want. Some of the prior web providers we've often disregarded our comments. Here we got exactly what we wanted and the website looks amazing! More importantly, we've signed up for search optimization as we wanted to increase our online sales. We were skeptical at first, but after a couple of months the results exceeded our expectations. Now are sales volume has nearly doubled. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend SuperGeeks. They helped us with our presence online. Our family dentistry practice in Hawaii was a bit old-fashioned and we mostly relied on the Yellow Pages, spending about $2k per month in addition to limited local radio ads. We were not sure how much business we get from that. But after our manager attended one of the seminars where James was a speaker, we decided to give them a try. After 5 1/2 months of making our website "search-engine-friendly", creating our FaceBook and LinkedIn pages, and doing other stuff which seemed rather pointless at the time, the calls to our office increased by 60-70%. We do keep track now of where the business is coming from and in large this increase is attributable to the web presence. We only regret that we haven't done this before and wasted all this money on Yellow Pages...

It takes 3 types of people to deliver a successful online project: a designer (makes it look great), a coder (makes it work) and business person (makes it deliver results). Also, our industry is super labor intensive. Never go cheap.
