Helen was professional and very pleasant! She stayed our entire reception to ensure that everyone was satisfied. I received compliments from several people about how delicious the food was. I will use Helen again for any catering services and recommend her to my friends and family. In addition to providing great food, Helen spent a lot of time talking to me about what I wanted, recommending food choices based on my needs, and double checking that we were in agreement before our event. Tony and his team were the ABSOLUTE BOMB!!!! If you are having an event - specifically a wedding - anywhere within beverage area of service and do not hire them, you will truly be missing out on a stress free and wonderful experience. We hired The Traveling Bartender Las Vegas as our Bartending and server service. The menu that Tony created for us was creative and fun - fit for EVERYONE. Our event was at a beautiful venue with many rules and restrictions, which they handled with aplomb. Throughout our experience, they provided many suggestions and recommendations that proved to be invaluable, and took care of our every need. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. We are having a movie premier in Los Angeles next month and WILL BE using them for all of our events. Tony you are the best and everyone was TERRIFIC!!!!!! Thank You!
I have to say that trying to find a caterer when organising a wedding from overseas is tough. We were extremely fortunate that it was Toni who responded to our request. We spoke on the phone and immediately she put my wife and I at ease. Not only did Toni fill us with confidence but she also went above and beyond to make sure we didn't need to worry about a thing. By far the best in terms of cost and service. Toni's communication throughout the planning leading up to our wedding and in the days before could not be faulted. All of our guests were blown away by the quality of food and amount of it!!! We had Toni and 3 of her staff present during our reception organising, bar tending and serving and every single one of them were outstanding. Toni was very experienced and offered us advice whenever we needed it. I cannot recommend 'A Fine Affair Events' highly enough. I couldn't anymore since it knows my computer already left a review. My new husband and I hired Ms. Woods as our day of wedding coordinator and we can tell you she was absolutely terrific. Ms. Woods has an excellent attention to detail. And if you don't know this, weddings are all about details. As just one small, but excellent example, she provided us some breath fresheners after our dinner as she knew we would be walking around to greet our guests at their tables. I mean that's awesome. But that's small in comparison to the multitude of things she did such as coordinating with our entertainers and ensuring all the little things are in place such as our guest books and gift box. She knows what needs to be done and is pro-active in getting those things done. That's especially important when we are already tied up with many other tasks like taking photos. She does the essential behind-the-scenes leg work that made me very glad that we hired her. Aside from all this, she is very polite, professional and easy to get along with. We are very thankful for her services and would most definitely recommend her to all.
Chris at Taco Blvd. was able to accommodate and provide us with fantastic food and service on short notice for my daughters graduation party. The guy he sent was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend.
Rachael and her team were day-of coordinators for our wedding, and they did a great job. I chose Rachael because her events are just this: custom. I liked that I wasn’t getting a cooker cutter day-of coordinator, because we didn’t have a cookie cutter wedding. She calmed my nerves and helped us execute the wedding of our dreams.
Lisa Marie catered our wedding reception and did an amazing job. The food was beautiful and delicious and communication with Lisa was very smooth planning our event. We could not be happier!
I had a really good experience with Kenyatta she did an amazing job on my daughters wedding. The guest could not stop talking about how beautiful the everything was from the flowering,Center pieces,background drop. Everything was just stunning. You would not be disappointed.
Paulina did an amazing job of coordinating our wedding day. Every little detail was accounted for and the event ran extremely smoothly, due in no small part to her attention to detail. She was also extremely helpful in thinking through ideas to make our wedding unique, and provided great recommendations on vendors who could execute our vision. I met Chef Dan at an event for my company and was so impressed with the taste and presentation of his food that I hired him to cater my 160 people backyard wedding. He spent time meeting us at the rental company, came over to discuss our needs several times and made us so comfortable that we knew we were in good hands. He catered the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Everything was beautiful, he and his associates do a wonderful presentation. The food was out of this world! I have recommended him to our neighbors who plan to use our back yard for their wedding next May. I would use him again and recommend him to everyone!
Lara and her team are absolutely more than just flowers they’re truly are The Lil Things!! And what I mean by that is she made my Pinterest Wedding board come alive! And I’m so serious. From the beginning she was so eager to know what was inside my head in what ideas and flowers I wanted for my dream Wedding. She was willing to meet me right away and we sat for about 1hr and discussed all my plans for putting together a perfect wedding. She even shared her ideas and had printed out pages to paint my picture. She was kind enough to right out an email of pricing and was willing to work with me so that way I could afford everything that I had wanted. She was hands-down fair with pricing and also flexible on my payment arrangements . There were times where I had hit a wall and didn’t know what to do and she had come to my rescue with even better ideas. My Budget had changed for the better and she was willing to sit with me once again and map out what the perfect day would look like. She didn’t have to do that but she did it because she cared about me as her customer. I really felt like I was working side-by-side with a close friend because she is so warm and welcoming. So as we were getting closer to wedding day she continue to send emails to pulse check if there was anything I needed or wanted to add or change. She continued to set timeframes on when she would be there for me and what I would be expecting come wedding day. I did not have to hunt her down by any means or just cross my fingers and hope that she’d be there on time. Come wedding day she was punctual on her arrival and began to work immediately on creating her masterpiece! She placed all the flowers were we had discussed and there was no hiccups on moving flowers around. The chalk boards were perfect and everything I had envisioned when we had spoke! Her handwriting is beautiful! Btw! Thank you Lara from the bottoms of my heart! You have given me memories that will last a life time! I will always recommend you because your work will never disappoint! Just because you’re awesome I will somehow find away to do business with you once again 😉 see you soon!
Tiffany and her team were amazing! Showed early and got right to work. Our guests were well attended to by her staff, who were always friendly and eager to please. They made my job of coordinating a major event both simple and stress-free. No matter what kind of event we hold at Furniture Market from now on, Tiffany and the Party Planner crew will be party staff we hire.
Lucille was an absolute DREAM to work with. She is extremely responsive, fun, creative, flexible, and kind. Not only did she beautifully decorate our hotel room for a bachelorette party (so that the room was ready when we arrived and none of us had to spend our short amount of time in Vegas stressing over decorations, timing, etc), but she also suggested some other fun things to do in Las Vegas for the weekend while offering to set everything up for us. Lucille really went above and beyond in her coordination. The bride was SO surprised and absolutely thrilled with what Lucille had done for us. Lucille is especially wonderful about catering to your specific needs/style/personality. There was no request too complicated for her, or out of her reach. I look forward to referring Lucille to ANYONE celebrating in Las Vegas!!

Emily is beyond fabulous! She was there every step of the way from the day I contacted her. What I like most is her professionalism, creativity, thoroughness and that she worked with me on how much involved I wanted to be with the planning. Another great asset is that she is great at communicating with myself and vendors. With her I never felt like I was "in the dark" about a topic. There was never a doubt in my mind that she would not be able to deliver. And on top of it all the wedding turned out AMAZING! I don't think I could have dreamt the wedding better myself. With Emily and her planners my wedding day was not just phenomenal, but our best day ever!
