I have a lifetime of experience in all aspects of Handyman and construction services. My father was a contractor, and I learned much from working with him and the various real estate and construction projects we’ve partnered on.
I am NOT a licensed contractor, but extremely handy and have all the tools and experience to perform various small handyman type jobs. Servicing north Lake Tahoe.

I had a ceiling fan sitting in the garage for over a year. My husband was too busy with work so I decided to see if Joe could install my fan. He did a great job and was here when he said he would be. Fan works great! I tried to upload a photo but every time It keeps saying upload failed.

I had Joe do both interior and exterior work on one of my properties. He was very thorough and worked efficiently, which is hard to find in a worker today. I am going to have him return to complete some other work I have in the future.

Joe helped me with several things around my house including weeding/yard work, help with plumbing issues, and minor repairs to be expected with an older house. He was very responsive, punctual, and always fair. As a single female I’m extra cautious about who I allow into my home. Joe was very trustworthy, respectful and professional. Will definitely use his services again.

Exceptional Handyman Service – Highly Recommend!
