I had the worst experience with this place. King Umoren is the ultimate thief. He wanted to charge me $850 to file my taxes and told me that he only get $200 of that and that the rest goes to the bank. So we settled on $495, when my refund comes in it is $1000 less than what is is suppose to be because he took that. He tried to tell me that ht bank and IRS receive those fee. I called both the IRS and the bank he uses and they say there are NO fees to efile my return. This guy is the worst. So total was over $1500 he charged me and would not give me my check unless I brought the $495 to h is office. He already took the $900 plus from me WOW I will NEVER do business with the company. I have filed a BBB complaint, called the IRS and I filed a form 14157 so if anybody else reading this has same issue file that form. I fold a ripoff report on the guy and I called channel 13 and fox 5 news on the place.

Universal Tax has done an extraordinary job, I was afraid to file my tax return because I went to previous tax firms to have an estimate and everyone would tell me I would owe money to the IRS. Fortunately someone recommended me to come, After walking in they welcomed me and I felt comfortable, its not your usual little office or a person that files at their home, this office is very well put together it looks like a law firm when you walk in. No more than 30 minutes and we were done, My preparer gave me the great news that I did not have to owe due to the deductions I was able to write off, I didn't know I could write off my Medical expenses or the donations that I do every year! I am glad I came, the results were amazing!

I met with Brenda in February and I must say that this is the Best Place I have ever been. In all the places that I have filed they did not ask me the questions that Brenda did, for example I did not even knew I could write my medical expenses or even the registration of my car.? Who knew that.?! I am just delighted that this place exist since they helped me in every way. Thank you and until next year!
