Question and answer

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. Most common is rapid, HEALTHY weight loss. Strength conditioning. Event preperation such as 5K's, half marathons, marathons, obstacle courses, Spartan races, tough mudders, etc.

Advanced Nutrition Counseling (ANC) is proprietary to my business. I unique weight loss, health restoration program that has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association as a "D2 Killer".

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. Make sure you interview your Personal Trainer, try a class or two free and see what they're about. If they are serious about working with you and you are serious about a relationship with them, there should be no issue working with you as a trial for a day. If they as much as pick up their cell phone (outside of an emergency) during a session, drop them and move to another trainer. You work hard for your money, so should they.
