When I started working with Devan, I was about to give up on the idea of training. Prior trainers left me feeling unheard, frustrated and left with a lighter bank account than scale. But, somehow it was my fault for not getting the results for not giving it my all (I thought I was?). And then I met Devan. The first thing Devan said to me was, you have a life outside of the gym, we just need a couple of days a week, and we will get moving in the right direction. Ive never had a trainer be more understanding, non judgmental and truly there for his clients. He will never push you to buy a supplement, but he will push you when he knows you can handle two more more reps. He will never scold you if you cancel a session due to an emergency, but he scold you with extra cardio if eat fast food loaded with sodium. Devan wants you to be your best and will truly work his hardest to get you there. He will listen, plan and execute to make you reach your goals. Thank you, Devan.

I moved to Las Vegas in December, 2013 and Gev's Bootcamp class was the first class I attended at Body Heat Hot Pilates & Yoga. After taking his class, I knew I had found my new workout home. I attend Gev's Bootcamp and Yoga sculpt classes approximately 3-4 times a week and he is an outstanding instructor. He motivates you to work hard and push yourself. I can't say enough wonderful things about Gev and I highly recommend any of his classes.

I've been training with Brian chandler for almost 11 months now and the journey has been amazing! He's not only a very motivational trainer and very knowledgable in his field, but willing to help in any way possible to give you the best services available. My body's gone thru a noticeable transformation. Although I've had some injuries along the way, not workout related I assure you, Chandler was able to alter workouts to limit further complications and work with others, including my doctor, hand in hand to get me back to 100%. Our sessions are not only hard work but lots of fun! Previous to training with Chandler I wasn't much into cycling or doing races, now I've ridden about 100 miles and done a 5k and am looking forward to doing more. Rei is an awesome trainer! He is high energy, motivating, and really knows what he's doing. Our workouts are quick paced and work the entire body, which is perfect for me since I can only get into the gym 2 or 3 days a week. I really believe he can assess you, see what you need and how you need to train and goes from there. The gym itself is great because it's never crowded. When you're circuit training you couldn't take up four stations or leave your weights out in a crowded gym. So this way, we spend more time working hard and less time waiting for machines, resetting weights, etc.. Rei is very flexible and accommodating when it comes to scheduling and he will push you beyond the limits you thought you had when you're working out. I highly recommend his services!!
Dina has transformed my once overweight daughter into a thriving and very physically fit 12 year old that now blends in with the rest of the kids and kicks butt at PE ..My daughter went from a size 18-20 to a now impressive healthy size 9 and still going! Dina is a strict and focused trainer with a heart of gold! She helped with the excercise program and nutrition , which for us was the only way .
