The food was amazing. Romans Eight was on time and very professional until my wedding was over. My guests were very very pleased with the food. I received nothing but great comments on the selection of food, variety, quality, taste, and overall appearance of the food. They were happy to see the chef smiling and friendly as well. I’m very pleased and will be using Romans Eight Catering again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and I’m opened to working with each clients budget. I do charge a $50 Non refundable fee for jobs of 30 or more people and $100 non refundable fee for jobs of 100 or more people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients taste in food and then I build from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Art Institute of California College of Southern Nevada Worked with a personal caterer for 2 years as well.
