We bought a fixer upper and Roy was perfect. He replaced two heating and cooling units ahead of schedule and did an excellent job, keeping all work areas clean and on schedule

I called them about plumbing, they came by and fix my bathtub faucet and a week before that, installed a new water heater. They were very prompt, professional and courteous. I highly recommend R and R!

Always prompt and never performs unnecessary work. When I suggested an expensive repair, he suggested taking a wait-and-see posture on more minor repair. He was correct, saving me hundreds of dollars. My go-to guy for AC issues.

R&R has been doing all our electrical work at our shop since we started doing business a couple years ago. He's wired in all our heavy equipment in our shop. The work is always done correctly, looks good, and they are very professional when they come in to do work. I appreciate all the work he has done for us and will continue to use him as we expand our business! He first came in to wire in two of our lifts two years ago and have had no issues. Very glad to find a company who is reliable and does quality work.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give upfront pricing for almost everything we do. Once we give you a price we do not change that price. You don't have to worry about getting hit with a bill that you did not agree on before we started the work.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we get a call from a new customer we will answer any questions they have over the phone and schedule a time to come out and look at any issues they have. We will give a price to perform any work before we start. If we agree on a price we will do the work. We will communicate with our customers throughout the process. When we finish we always clean up after ourselves.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians have gone through an apprenticeship program before getting their license. We also have to do continuing education periodically.

Not what you’re looking for?

No problem: we have pros for every job.
