- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our diagnostic fee for a repair is $49 on most jobs. Once we find the problem, our technician will quote you a price for the repair, and if you approve it, we will waive the $49 and charge for the repair only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will set you up in our system with Name, address, phone #, email (we are paperless). We will give you a small arrival window. When our technician dispatches to your home, you will get a text message alert, letting you know he is on his way. This will include name first and last name, a picture of him, and a little biography.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our office and technicians continue ongoing training in our field. They are all EPA Certified and some are Nate Certified.
